Navy Veteran Richard’s Move In Day

Navy Veteran, Richard, had experienced homelessness off and on for the last several years. Before coming to ECHO, he had been sleeping in the woods for eight months. With support from ECHO’s Veteran Services team, last week Richard moved into his own, safe, permanent home.
