Justin Goes from Transitional to Permanent Housing

After spending the last several years in and out of various homeless situations, Justin entered into ECHO’s Transitional/Rapid Rehousing program in October, and spent the last three months working hard to achieve his goals.

Since moving into ECHO’s men’s transitional house, Justin secured employment to increase his income and broaden his housing search options. He worked closely with his Housing Case Manager, Josh, to identify possible rental opportunities and speak to landlords to inquire about details. Justin was determined to find a permanent home of his own.

All of Justin’s motivation paid off this week…and he is clearly very excited about finally moving into his own home.

After signing his own lease and getting his own keys, Justin exclaimed, “2020 is DEFINITELY going to be my year!”

Happy Move-In Day, Justin!
