Christopher and Lisa Move-In with Rapid Re-housing

Christopher and Lisa were sleeping in the woods after the hotel they were staying at closed down unexpectedly due to COVID-19. With support from ECHO’s Rapid Re-housing (RRH) program, the couple now has a safe, stable, permanent place to call home.

The goal of RRH is to help people experiencing homelessness obtain housing quickly, increase self-sufficiency, and maximize the opportunity to stay housed. Services provided include housing identification, security deposit & short-term rental assistance, connection to community resources, and assistance obtaining public benefits.

The couple will continue working together with their Housing Case Manager, Richard, who will provide the supportive services needed to help maintain long-term housing stability.

Happy Move-in Day, Christopher and Lisa!
