is to break the cycles of homelessness experienced by individuals and families in our community.
Who We Serve
We place a special focus on these community-driven priority populations:
- Veterans
- Families with Children Under 5
- Elderly (65+)
- Unaccompanied Youth & Young Adults (18-24)
- Fleeing Domestic Violence/Human Trafficking
- People with Substance Use Disorder
- Chronic Homelessness
What We Do
We provide individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness the assistance needed to obtain and maintain safe and stable housing.
- Temporary housing-related financial assistance
- Housing search assistance
- Housing case management
- Assistance obtaining public benefits
- Connections to community resources & services including employment, education, and healthcare
