is to break the cycles of homelessness experienced by individuals and families in our community.

Who We Serve

We place a special focus on these community-driven priority populations:

  • Veterans
  • Families with Children Under 5
  • Elderly (65+)
  • Unaccompanied Youth & Young Adults (18-24)
  • Fleeing Domestic Violence/Human Trafficking
  • People with Substance Use Disorder
  • Chronic Homelessness

What We Do

We provide individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness the assistance needed to obtain and maintain safe and stable housing.

  • Temporary housing-related financial assistance
  • Housing search assistance
  • Housing case management
  • Assistance obtaining public benefits
  • Connections to community resources & services including employment, education, and healthcare
