Day 2 will include an overview of projects that can be funded under the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP), how those projects relate to our Coordinated Community Plan (CCP), along with what eligibility requirements organizations will need to meet. We will also continue to work on the Coordinated Community Plan that identifies the gaps, data, and experiences of our youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, along with connecting with projects that will help address the needs.
