ECHO is proud to announce our official name change to Eastern Carolina Housing Organization.
Assumptions about the causes of homelessness lead to stigma, which disables effective problem solving. The powerful social stigma associated with homelessness is perhaps the biggest barrier faced by the people in our community who are experiencing a housing crisis.
At ECHO, we are committed to focusing on the solution…and the solution to homelessness is housing.
