Tara experienced homelessness off and on for the last several years before arriving at ECHO’s Transitional House for women. She spent her time there working hard to achieve her goals – including maintaining employment, learning how to budget, and securing permanent housing.
This month, with support from ECHO’s Rapid Re-housing program and her Housing Case Manager, Heidi, Tara has moved into her very own place to call home.
